In this phase you work directly with our senior solution subject matter expert to build out a project roadmap. This involves assessing the current state of your business, projecting the goals and ideal future state of your business and gathering the technical requirements needed to implement the desired technology. Our team then builds out a technical solution design catered specifically to your needs which is the foundation of our working relationship.
Next, your point of contact during this period is a senior technical developer who builds out and prepares the desired technology based on your individual needs. We work hand in hand with you to ingest your prepared data into the solution, train the relevant personnel in your team on how to utilize the technology, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solution is optimized to your specifications.
The last phase involves reviewing with your team all aspects of the project up to this point. Final testing and training occurs here in preparation for you technological solution and the reins are handed off for you to go live with your company.
