M2 has a unique approach, attacking all engagements with a rapid implementation style. This process is broken down into 3 phases: Kickoff, Development, and Closure.

Kickoff

In this phase clients work directly with a senior solution subject matter expert to build out a project roadmap. This involves assessing the current state of the company, projecting the goals and ideal future state of a client’s business, and gathering the technical requirements needed to implement the desired technology. M2’s team then builds out a technical solution design catered specifically to the client’s needs which becomes the foundation of the working relationship.

Development

Next, a client’s point of contact during this period is a senior technical developer who builds out and prepares the desired technology based on the identified needs. M2 works hand in hand with clients to ingest prepared data into the solution, train the relevant personnel on how to utilize the technology, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solution is optimized to the business’ specifications.

Closure

The last phase entails a comprehensive review with the client, covering all project aspects up to this point. It includes final testing and training to prepare for the deployment of the client’s technological solution. At this stage, the transition is made for the company to go live with the new system.
