The founder & CEO of M2, Jill M. Speirs, has developed the company into a global practice since its inception in 2011, with operations across the US, Canada, and Europe. Her focus areas include campaign automation, data management, asset management, analytics solutions, and support services for both B2C and B2B marketers. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, her professional journey has spanned various industries including retail, financial institutions, telecommunications, and energy. Jill’s leadership at national and global levels include tenures at Sears, RBC, ING DIRECT, and Bell, where she excelled in aligning corporate strategies with business processes and channel execution to optimize technology integrations. Her core strength lies in understanding business challenges, setting strategic directions, and leading the integration of people, processes, data, and technology to focus on customer-centric solutions.

Mehdi Berrahou, who joined M2 in 2012 and currently serves as M2’s Managing Director, has been pivotal in expanding M2’s global footprint. He is a solutions-oriented IT software and systems director with more than a decade of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex infrastructures and technical solutions for leaders in the marketing technology industry. Mehdi’s expertise extends to supervising developers and managing client relations under stringent deadlines, consistently surpassing goals and expectations in quality, schedule, and cost by implementing cutting-edge IT solutions. His specialization in aligning B2C marketers’ strategies with Adobe’s top-tier technology solutions enhances M2’s offerings across the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Hamid Ouikene, as Director at M2, heads a team that consistently exceeds client expectations and delivers exceptional results. With a background that uniquely blends over ten years of experience as both a Software Developer and an expert in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets), Hamid has extensive hands-on experience across various technical environments and industries. His expertise in steering comprehensive Adobe projects from conception to completion ensures our clients receive tailored solutions. His practice focuses on aligning B2C and B2B strategies, business processes, data management, and channel execution with Adobe’s industry-leading technology solutions.
